New Client Bookings
We’re a small but mighty team with a wonderful community of regular clients who keep us very busy! To ensure our existing clients can secure their ongoing appointments, new client bookings are released up to 8 weeks in advance.
Our online booking system will only display availability within this 8-week period. If you can't see any appointments available, it means we're currently fully booked—but we highly recommend checking back regularly, as cancellations do pop up from time to time.
You can also join our waitlist and let us know your availability. We'll do our best to contact you if a suitable appointment becomes available.

Booking Fee
Because the curly community keeps us so wonderfully busy, all appointments require a 50% booking fee at the time of booking.
Booking fees are non-refundable, however they are fully transferable if you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Your booking fee can be:
Transferred to another appointment time, or
Used towards retail purchases in salon.

Cancellation Policy
When you book with us, we reserve that time especially for you. This means another client misses out on that appointment, and our team prepares specifically for your visit.
Because of this, all services booked and the time reserved for you will be charged unless we receive a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or make changes to your appointment.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, no-shows, or significant reductions in services on the day may incur a 50% cancellation fee or the loss of your booking fee.
We completely understand that life happens and unexpected things come up. If you need to make a change, just let us know as soon as possible and we'll always do our best to help.
Running Late?
Please give us a call if you're running behind.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to:
✨ Adjust or shorten your service for the day, or
✨ Reschedule your appointment to another day.
This helps us stay on time and provide the best experience possible for every guest in the salon.
Feeling Unwell?
If you wake up feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please email us as soon as possible and we'll happily transfer your booking fee to another appointment when you're feeling better.
For the wellbeing of our team and other guests, we kindly ask that you do not attend your appointment if you are unwell.
Clothing & Personal Belongings
At Yeah The Curls, we take every possible care to protect your clothing and personal belongings during your appointment. We use gowns, towels and careful application techniques to minimise the risk of staining or damage.
However, due to the nature of hairdressing services and the products we use, we recommend wearing clothing that you don't mind getting a little salon love on.
In the unlikely event that your clothing is damaged as a direct result of your service with us, our liability is limited to a maximum reimbursement of $40 per item of clothing.
We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to care for both you and your belongings while you're in the salon. 💖
Payment & Surcharges
Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments incur a 0.83% surcharge.
EFTPOS and cash payments do not incur a surcharge.
A 10% Saturday surcharge applies to all appointments.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
At Yeah The Curls, your happiness is important to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and, where appropriate, arrange an adjustment.
Due to the nature of hair services and ongoing home maintenance, concerns raised after 7 days may not be eligible for corrective services.
